What expenses does he have that will make him go bankrupt? Debt is paid off, overhead is so low, and product is being sold. High volume production is currently ongoing. You cannot sell a promise to make a product. People will not pay full price unless the product is ready. I agree with you about transparency and getting advice but expenses are almost nothing other than production.
