IF you correct on the Authorized shares number at 1.5 billion, then there is plenty of room for more dilution, since the Outstanding shares as of last quarter filings were approximately 1.06 billion. I agree with you on the tapering off as of November 10th when a take a look at the one month chart.
The 30 day trend is up. That's a good sign.
