I have been keeping an eye on the price per share since the split.

Couple things to note:
History shows that after a huge RS have come a FS about 2months after.

We have remained over $5/sh for for over 30days already. I think that’s one of the qualifications to meet on nasdaq or NYSE + financials have to be at a certain value. (Board members can find that in a heartbeat if needed). This means uplist to big boards qualification should be already met.

OTCQX uplist is relatively simple at this point

At a price over $5/sh, institutions are able to buy securities of EAIN.

All in all we are sitting pretty right know. Waiting for more goodies to come from EA. I think the best of things come in early part of Q1.
