dude... I was just thinking about our progress(es) thus far.. while I'm munching on this brownie..
1. we own a built out and fully operational grow-op in sunny Colorado. how cool is that?!! would love to visit.. could I say hello? roll a joint, sesh out with the janovec fam!
2. first few batches of crop have passed state exam and have been sold around the state. plants now maturing and nearing 20k sq/ft of space.
3. first 5ac. parcel now underway and about 45% complete.. production is becoming more steady. (stock shot up crazy money multiple times. best yet to come imo.. the company has not diluted after the reorg. in other words, we are not playing for pennies.)
4. project $SGDH now inline for our second parcel. submitted to Huerfano county, awaiting papers.
so whats next?
perhaps on our 3 year plan? do you think they (Delmar and Dr. John and co.) have one? I think they do.
- complete first parcel in full. operation capacity 100k sq/ft of four season, sun driven grow, of that 30+%, fully organic? whammy jammmmmmmy.
living soils + Colorado sun = win every time.
- complete the $SGDH high capacity facility, producing only the finest extractions on the planet.
- complete parcels #3, 4, 5... maybe even operate other pieces of land adjacent to or nearby or neighboring states.
- would love to see more jv's in the pipe, har! I will buy allllllll of them!! #DREAMTEAM_JANOVEC and co.
remember the native American connection from early on folks...
we could be coast to coast, and quickly at that.
