OK ... this is what we have. SILVER and silver miners are in the "buy" range. USLV at $9.00 is fantastic, historically. The trend is currently not SILVER's friend. SILVER bugs are jumping out of the window, which means the contrarian play is BUY, BUY, BUY.

Only one problem. How long is your time horizon? If your time horizon is 6 months out or further, you should be good buying ANYTHING silver right here.

The NASDAQ and DOW are still killing it. There are plays, right now, that are winning. So if your time horizon is one to 180 days out, SILVER may not be your best play.
