Click the link, these are the patterns in JNUG 60 min chart. JDST will be the reverse. In the trending phase it will open the Bollinger band 3 times. The 3rd time is not always obvious as it will just change the angle of the band. There are 2 sets identified in the chart link. After the 3rd time it will enter the consolidation phase where it simple bounces between the bands. until the next trending phase starts.
