Liens are the last step to complete the acquisition and "It appears" to not being a problem according to their last tweet. I believe the planes are already on the way so next step is modifications of those planes and then contracts should follow. I saw what the tanker company PXS did last month and I would love to see tmps doing the same on a tanker acquisition press release!
