I dont believe UNGS has anything at all to do with this anymore, that may have been the original idea it looks like TongRen Liu and HLK Biotec have taken this shell over for a merger.. the Old CEO was probably used and compensated just to do the dirty work and then he will be gone with the ushering in of new management
