CEO Lindsay's vision was already TOO LATE.
Or maybe the bigger money all stole his idea,
which is less likely.
Prior had it going on, or so he and Lindsay led investors to believe.

After OWVI was tanked and bled to death, somehow, Prior ended up
owning a manufacturing company in China, which also had done work
for OWVI hmmmmm, and is still in business, while handing the shell
over to Lindsay, who has done absolutely nothing for investors.

Im just here floating on this log. The crew floated away on others.
