Looks like the Transfer agent is either lying to OTC or the OTC is not current and misstating the share structure. That 20 million common share purchase by Vic is not showing up in any of the numbers reported by the OTC.

Oh, and by the way, OTC is showing over 6.4 million unrestricted shares. Somebody has been diluting again.
