So far Kim has salvaged NGCG from a suspension.

The Calvin Ross scam HFBG was suspended - the SEC is going after GRCU and Ross - but the Ross shell in the middle is unscathed because of Kim.

Some have accused Kim of being a Kalisky puppet but oddly Kim sued Kalisky. So much for that nonsense about Kalisky being the puppet master - of course I never saw any facts to support the attack on Kim and him colluding with Kalisky.

If Kim was a scammer as has been posted a hundred times - why did he fight the Ruppert lawsuit to defend the shareholders from more dilution?

There has never been a paid promotion by Kim - so how exactly is NGCG a scam operated by Kim.

Kim saved NGCG from being suspended - the past 3(a)(10) exemption scam with Ross/Ruppert/Kalisky would certainly be enough for a SEC suspension - especially after the HFBG suspension. But that didn't happen.
