I never said, nor do I believe she is "Rich". She is just hiding from painful memories and apparently has sufficient income to live comfortably. However, if she is coerced into selling the shell, I imagine she will demand more than its worth, simply in retaliation. In short. She doesn't want to be reminded of the last few years.
Having said that; Nevada has a five year "Revoked Renewal Statute" which is longer than most states, so there is plenty of time for tail chasing.
Just a reminder; The only thing that would be purchased is an empty shell. There never have been any patents. There is no business; no product; no service. The purchase would only be for the shell.
So my question is, Why? There are a lot of shells out there that are for sale by willing sellers.
