Steven Rossi is truly unlike any other CEO. For those who know me and trust me - I'll say that Rossi had many many opportunities to enrich himself from shareholders - but he refuses!

He refuses to give away shares for convertible debt after he learned his first lesson- even when those scum financiers were willing to give him 7 figures!!

Consider that for him or any CEO - financially it wouldn't matter if he diluted to 00001 - can always RS after he takes the money and grows the company to 5m , 10m , 20m revs etc etc.

He refused to do that because he is an ethical CEO and cares about his shareholders and friends.

I'm OTCm and I approve this message in support of one of OTCs Finest CEOs!
