But why it has been trading at or above 0.0002 for so long --- since the late of April of 2017 --- see the second chart below? Obviously some big investors have been accumulating those dirt cheap 0.0002s ~ 0.0004s heavily. Otherwise AFTC would have been trading below 0.0002 as before.

Usually this type of FIXED Small-SS stock can easily run 20-Bagger within just a single day! At $0.0020 the Market Value of AFTC is just $1M which is still too low comparing to the MV of its majority peers at their peak.
