Dan and Otto's Management moves;Good or bad?

You decide.

1. Dan and Otto turn down Lithium $10MM JV deal on Nemegosenda
2. IGEX deal never got done, wasted time and money
3. 'Selling' the Shtree Otto Township property for no consideration
4. Not paying tax arrears on Nemegosenda and if they don't property is gone in two week.
5. Attempting to sell 51% of Nemegosenda for $250k to RP Potts.
6. Bringing a certified 'snake oil salesman' Ronald Potts on board.
7. Bringing on board convicted felon and paper printer Randle Goulding as legal counsel.
8. Otto (not dan) trying to avoid HST taxation in Ontario by using a Bahrain company
9. Stupidly doing a senseless winkie drilling program in the wrong place and not getting ANY results.
10.SRSR was trading at 2 cents a share when dan came on, now it has lost 80% of its value trading at .0039.
11. Dan Byrnes, contrary to FINRA regulations did not disclose his NY DOL lawsuit such that as long as he is a director FINRA will not approve of any major deals concerning SRSR.
12. No financial disclosure whatsoever.
13. Otto Pichler acting a s 'de facto' or 'shadow director' as early as 2015.
