Amendment filed with the Nevada SOS Friday, though I do not actually see any changes, so possibly just an address or phone number change??, not sure. Ideally name change is what I'm watching for, give us a better idea of what they are doing with this.

At this point all we know is that the new phone number is that of EP Energy's headquarters. Ep Energy is already a publicly listed company on the NYSE, however, there has to be some logical reason that is the new phone number. Best case scenario they are going to spin off one of their subsidiaries but have no idea, need more details.
