Fmgrana - warrants in these types of deals are often considered protection against a short position taken immediately after offering. Was ipci offering specific saying buyers could not short for a period of time after offering? If not guy who bought offering could short sell one share per warrant and have warrants that he could convert to cover in event price takes off.
