Sign of a scam #1 - Shareholders were strung along by management to have them believe that the patent is in the final stages of completion. Turned out the patent was on stage 9 of 13 and no where near completion.

Sign of a scam #2 - Management does not communicate with shareholders. All emails and calls are ignored.

Sign of a scam #3 - The company stayed silent while diluters dumped over 2 billion shares in around 2 months time bringing the stock to no bid. What happen to all those shares? Where did they go? I didn’t see 2 billion shares worth of outstanding notes, so what exactly was the massive dilution about?
