I'd venture to say most people ARE NOT
thinking it didn't work, but that the company is choosing to make it better before official launch.
If it didn't work, pilots wouldn't be ongoing now with the rest of them asserted to start up in January. These pilots are occurring even though the new platform is predicted to be ready in March or April.
This is what Kaplan has just said but, of course, is subject to change.
Without asking the company, it sounds like all the algorithms work but the underlying system architecture needs to be made more sturdy and bug-free, i.e. more robust. Maybe it's work for Guilfoyle
