That has been pretty standard for $TPIV. The volume is not enough to move the SP. It either slowly drops or slowly rises. Until we get real volume we probably won't see much daily movement. While 40k is on the higher end of volume that we have been seeing the past few months it isn't a lot. About $120k was traded today. That's not enough to move this. We will move on news.
