HI Flip,
I appreciate all the great DD you do along with the other great NWBO longs who contribute to this board.

But I have an issue voting to increase the share count. Why should I vote yes when NWBO management has dashed our hopes for so long. How much money has NWBO raised over the last 10 years $700 million or near a $1 billion? And what do we have to show for it a MC of > $90 million. What the heck it's been over ten years!

What's more appalling is the lack of information that's been provide since the June 2017.

IMO every long should write to NWBO management and tell them that their voting NO on increasing the share count unless NWBO comes out with something substantial.

Don't get me wrong, I love the science and I've been a die hard long for several years and have a boat load of shares that are deep in the red, but enough is enough it's time for NWBO to show us some of the cards.

Last thing, I keep hearing how hard the NWBO team is working and I believe they are, but there are many investors on this board that worked their *** off to build savings and invested it with NWBO. Don't you think it's high time that NWBO management issue some news other than another dilution!
