Looks like Pottsy needed a new shingle to huddle under after the US Trustee in Miami rolled up his old one for him in March 2017: May 8, 2017 (R)onald P(otts) Capital Group Inc is incorporated.

Director Potts is gone from Independent Portfolio Consultants, Inc. sometime in 2016; I guess no later than the expiration of its Commercial Licence on 31 May 2016, and a few months before its involuntarily Chapter 7 filing.

This casualty only took a year to hit the books, since the date of incorporation for Independent Portfolio Consultants, Inc. was 01 June 2015.

It took two years for one-time President Potts’ JW Charles discount broker JW Charles to dissolve between 1985 and 1987.
