Directly outta the recent filing (1) Construction will begin when funding is obtained. Looking for 2.6M to start. Announced a funding agreement months ago(dilutive)and, as of yet, no registration statement has been filed with the SEC. So, no building to take advantage of Mass opening is even doable at this point but plenty of other competitors are taking the market and actually growing in the area or about to. Latest being a 137,000 sq ft down the street.
