Monday Dec 4, we just promoted funds for acquisition of potential
(Calif.?) list of customers for lottery mobile/home tickets purchasers.
Was wondering where new $$s for operation might be coming from.

Still makes sense (to me) that our next venture into other state mobile/home lottery buy customers would be Oregon a state a lot like Calif. politically. Lots of rural folk that might like to pick lottery tickets without having to go to local outlet?

As an aside . . . lots of foreign tourists in special bus tours travel up the west coast highway . . . and I believe they have legal right to gamble online mobile in USA. Perhaps we should make them aware of Lotto Gopher?
Would they be able to continue using Calif. 'buy rights' as they travel about? Our company should look into that. Also, some Native Tribal Casinos along the coastal highway might be interested in allowing Lotto Gopher online ticket purchases by travelers and casino visitors on their premises (if they get a cut on the transaction fees)? These tribes have their own sovereign nation rights to commerce on their 'casino lands'.

Guess rest of us USA Citizens should form our tribes and get in on some $$s creation action? :) <--- The 96% Tribe if you know what I mean.
Doubting the 4% like to buy lotto tickets, they have more interesting uses for their bucks.

One problem I decry with Lottery is they might consider getting more folk involved IF they spread the winners ratio around more . . . e.g.
making X number of mandatory winners per draw, and help little people feel they have more chance in even play possibilities? After all, the poorer of us have to buy things to survive and that fuels the economy.
$$s seem to go against The Law of Gravity . . . they tickle UP?
