If Markiplier were to do more marketing to his fan base, I agree. Or, even if REDG were to partner with a YouTube star willing to market to their fan base, I would agree. Without support from a large established customer base, Zwag Box would need to stand on its own. Neither REDG or Zwag Box appear to have enough of a customer base to do that.

I don't know where REDG is with manpower, but, they are better off starting and getting one thing running smoothly, before launching a second. Looking at the history, REDG can barely get one thing done, I wouldn't want to see them trying to do too many thing at once.

I don't know how proffesional the company is, but Stan Lee has partnered with a company doing two (maybe three) different mystery boxes with his name on them. It's about to finish their first year on the first box, over half a year, on the second. One box is a theme box dealing with Stan Lee, the other is a Stan Lee comic book mystery box (commissioned cover comic books with a character Stan Lee on it). The boxes seemed to come out on a timely basis. If there are leftover boxes, Stan Lee will do a tweet or Facebook post to his fans, mentioning there are still boxes left for purchase. I'm guessing this gets them sold.

I think it's more than just getting these things started. It's also running the businesses well (efficiently). Benny seems to run up inventory levels, too high. That isn't an efficient use of capital.
