As bad as the upper wick shows “ fail”, as bad as the gap owed UVXY ( recent high ) filling then falling looks , and as bad as that gap fill occurring on a “ double top “( recent high ) , there are 2 MAJOR bright spots .

First and foremost is the CLOSE ABOVE the 9 ema , which has been bright and clear RESISTANCE.

The second is that with VIX derivative ETFs , candles such as the one seen yesterday have often been warning shots to a much bigger move UP, we shall see.
