I'll bet he wishes he thought of that. I'm not as on top of this as I'd like to be but I think I can refute that possibility. IIRC the company was still bottling product to use up the old labels in early 2017. The idea that distributors would have been shipped unlabeled inventory or product with the old label on it that they hadn't shipped as of 9/30/16 (there was nothing stopping them if the product had the old label on it) and STILL haven't shipped makes no sense at all.
Clever attempt, but it doesn't make sense in light of what we know.
