This stock was never going to move today. It's too early. It will take some time for the CEO's plan to fully take affect (acquiring facilities, acquiring licenses, etc...etc...). For example, the plan calls for 10 dispensaries or more. If you have not seen the video's out there, they are must see. No scam here. When things start coming to fruition, I expect the CEO to release news, and this thing will really take off. This will go well over a dollar IMHO. In the mean time, my hope is for this to drop a little more and I will load up again and hold until this plan comes to fruition in 2018. Buy and Hold!! GLTA!!!
