PHOT never did regain its prior trading status on the OTC. It continues to trade on an unsolicited basis.

It also never had its registration revoked by the SEC. It was able to maintain its SEC registration in good standing, which is what NEWC should have done.

But it didn't.

The two companies are in no way comparable.
