Th, not only are you correct in almost always having to pay the Ask, but the Scammy Shorts have "Vapor" Asks set up, and if you "test it" you will see that you can chase the Ask's and they fall 100 shares at each penny, of course this is with "real shares" not the bogus "phantom shares" that Scammy Shorts circulate between their own accounts to give Longs the ILLUSION of real selling,
