Not what I expected from the Q. Wayne has fixed the value of GCAN at $0.25/ share in this filing. So, he's the last one in and first one out with $500K or more.

There were some tip offs for issuance of more GCAN shares at a deep discount to gen up $100K by the end of the year. Year end bonus???

I may be going out on a limb. But, I'm calling BS on Wayne's comment that he took no cash out of GCAN during the reporting period.

Finally, it was hard for me to follow the Three-card Monte-style royalty to be paid to UNGS in perpetuity.
