It won't and here's why. The exact question I wanted to ask Starkamn was this:

"Have you been told to file/post the filings on OTC Markets as soon as they're done or have you been told to hand over the filings to The Crypto Company?"

Considering he stated the filings were pretty well done and for two years they had very little activity so there would not be much work needed to complete the filings for those years and the fact that he's not picking up the phone any more leads me to presume that he's actually been told to hand over the filings to The Crypto Company when they're done.

I honestly don't think you will see any filings this year as I believe The Crypto Company want to keep a very tight reign on everything and make their move when they're ready.

This is not the kind of buying you see when something is in the system to be posted, its the kind of buying on speculation that something will happen here because something happened on another similar stock.
