Jack--I sympathize with your wish but...
Over the years Yates' SEC 10-Ks and 10-Qs filings have been very carefully worded in a way to "cover-his-ass". So, people can't say that they weren't warned. It's their own fault that they haven't believed or ignored the warnings in the SEC reports and from some posters here.
