Frack doesn’t give one shit about us and he obviously has no clue how to complete a f*ing merger. Everytime any of us call, he says he’s in a meeting....meeting w/ who? The sumbitch has had hundreds of meetings and yet here we sit on this dead POS w/ a stop sign. It’s the end of f*ing NOVEMBER!!!! We needed one signature in February. Is no one else pissed off that we were lied to?

This is a clean and extremely valuable shell and if Frack had any ability to put a deal together, this would have been done in Q1 of this year. Frack has to go.....
