DaReal, are you new to Penny Stocks? You seem to speak like a man not familiar with the OTCBB? If all the stocks that were undergoing legal, fully disclosed promotions would get a CE you wouldn't have much left on the IHUB breakout boards. We know its not filings, they never stopped being "Pink Current Information." That it would be a legal fully disclosed promotion is just silly. So what is the "area of public concern?" Everyone on the board can only speculate.
