Directors usually do own stock; that's how the number of votes they have is determined. And as of 1 July, McCusker was still a director, and still had his voting rights.

We also know McCusker owned at least 1 billion shares of company stock. If he doesn't own it anymore, what happened to it? And why does Hawley apparently not feel it's important to make any disclosure on this subject?

Why wouldn't McCusker own stock? After all, the company is named after him. And Hawley spent months and months getting that name change processed by FINRA. Why do so many now want to downplay the importance of their one-time hero Willard?
