If you look at the p-values, they are pretty darn good for SVC. And Ph III's primary endpoint is SVC. Why only 60-70% chances? Mostly because ALS is such a tough disease to beat. Many companies fell short in many, many clinical trials. Anyways, I keep on hoping. Also, if the initial indication is positive, CYTK may get some milestone payment. Not sure exactly when, but it's $100M. Not too shabby. Best of luck!
