These are all scams. None any worse than the others. Even the most "legit" otc I have seen people scream about has done the inevitable otc move, raise as, add convertible debt, dilute, etc, etc. There is not one of these that is a real legit company. It's all about how you play the scam. As we have seen if you had trips of this you could have made a good chunk of change. With it waking as things begin to happen I could easily see another bounce to 0017 or beyond.
