Assuming that MCIG is being truthful, the land deal has not closed. IMO, being in escrow isn't sufficient evidence for the production application because - what if the deal - for some reason - doesn't close.
Again, MCIG has to prove that they have land that they can produce on. Since technically, they don't own the land, their CA Production License is incomplete.
There is no evidence that MCIG has even applied for production and land permits with California City.
And, again, it appears that MCIG still haven't even registered their production business with the California Secretary of State.
Why?
IMO, this smells like Rollie's rolling services all over again.
Does MCIG have any production service contracts with any real California MJ Cultivators?
Are they going to run around visiting CA cultivators demo'ing their Rollie's Rolling machine that is on "it's 3rd iteration" and does work?
