anyone know how a simple person like me can get blockchain technology developed on an idea I may potentially have? I know this company supposedly is affiliated with doing just that, but after being here for a while I don't think they are taking advantage. I don't even know if they are capable.

If I wanted to come up with an app or software blockchain based that could do all the accounting functions and thus screw accountants, where would I start?
