The conversation would go like this:

Joey: Oh, hi celebrity XYZ, thank you for coming in today!

Celebrity XYZ: Thank you so much for creating something like this. Our little (insert celebrity child name here) just loves it, and so do we!

Joey: Why thank you! You know, we are planning on expanding this concept nationwide and our stock is currently trading for .10.

Celebrity XYZ: Nice. Well good luck with the expansion. Oh, we have to go now, we have a play date with Celebrity ABC and traffic on the 134 was horrible coming here.

The celeb forgets what Parsi said about the stock before they get to their car.

End scene.

You really should spend some time in Hollywood and you'd learn that if Parsi did this, he'd never get money from that celeb or any celeb he pitched.

They may even stop coming to Giggles because of such an amateur move because they don't want to deal with getting pitched when they want to have dinner and spend time with their kids and forget about work/business.

I've been in a few hundred pitch meetings in Hollywood and NY with showrunners, studio execs, producers, actors...you name it. We had to be "brought in by" someone who is trusted to recommend us to even get these meetings.

If you pitch a celeb on the street, they will laugh under their breath at you and certainly not take you seriously. There is a process in Hollywood and this certainly isn't it.

Stock manipulation according to the SEC. "Making false or misleading statements about a company."
