I also agree with Game7alcs that one can not average down anymore

In fact, one can average down to .0001 - the lowest price allowed on any organized market in America.

Whether it is wise to do so is an entirely different matter.

At an investors conference - that must resemble a [shudder] Amway convention - a keynote speaker helped mightily with an introduction to biotech that was akin to going through a looking glass with Alice.

"Wow, look at how cheap those prices are!" exclaimed market letter writer as he enthused over and over about bargains galore. His own portfolio was in the gutter and his bank account deep red so he mortgaged the house, the pickup, the wife and kids, everything but the dogs - or something like that - to buy, buy, buy.

The next year he had the #1 most successful newsletter by a mile. I never heard of him again and maybe he was soon in the gutter again with even his dags in a shelter.

Without any doubt you make or lose a fortune in many places in the market but biotech is like nothing else.

I give the madman investor credit for a true rarity, a deep knowledge of the stocks despite little knowledge of science or math.

Will Frost rise again from the ashes again like the Phoenix Bird? I have put my chips on the red and will let it ride too for now.

Best, Terry
