GNCC Capital, Inc. is intending to become a Diversified Holding Company which at present has significant assets in Gold & Silver Mining Exploration in Arizona and Nevada. The Company holds other investments including a passive equity accounted 70% interest in ASPA Gold Corp. The Company has now cancelled its intentions to change its name to that of "C4 Odyssey, Inc." and has terminated its intentions to effect a Reverse Split of its Common Stock of 1 for 6,000 and of its Authorized Common Stock of 1 for 3. The Company intends to continue to diversify into other Industry Sectors through acquisitions and as they present themselves; only upon our stated criteria. The Company will now remain as GNCC Capital, Inc. with no Reverse Split of its Common Stock. as they present themselves; only upon our stated criteria.
