While I understand the 'big picture' concept you embrace; the lack of attention to detail at DECN is astounding.

What makes you think that lack of attention is not also rearing its ugly head in other areas of the business...
not just in their accounting and reporting?

It really can't be THAT challenging to report correctly....
These are pretty blatant errors.
So why not do it correctly?
Furthermore, if they are unable, or unwilling, to file accurate reports NOW;
then what reason is there to believe that they ever will?
