I agree with all your reasons for low volume except the first you mentioned:

First, its Friday, not much happens on Friday in the OTC.

That's ridiculous to say, generally, across the board, not much happens in the OTC just because it is Friday. Fridays account for 20% of all Market hours! If there is a reason for a stock to move, up or down, it will do so, regardless of whether it is a Friday or not.
