You mean a company in addition to mj biopharma? If there is another company involved in the merger, I wouldn't expect the halt to end until that new deal is definitive. Can't say that'll happen by the 30th... They may postpone again.

The bright side to these delays is that you'll be reaping the tax benefits that come from a year long investment soon after this stock blows up (assuming things play out like I suspect). Everyone else will be scrambling to get in above your entry point.
