That would be for retail shorts, what about MM shorting? Are you saying that MM's never short sell stocks or get caught short on shares and do what they can to drive the price down to cover?

What about naked short selling in offshore accounts, do you think that doesn't happen?

Sure maybe retail shorting isn't happening but MM's have certainly been short on shares as evidenced by ARCA and CSTI on the bid, read up on ARCA and CSTI and tell me that they don't short shares or get caught short
