The best deal will be in the legal market. That’s where you’re guaranteed a regulated product not sprayed with god knows what pesticide, or an edible with a somewhat accurate dosage, or literally any strand at any time with a person to give you all the details of that strand as you buy it and not some made of name for some random strand like Spanish trampoline where the dealer is half guessing as to whether it’s indica or sativa. Your perception of how the black market works is a bit off mate
