It could be bad but then again according to the last % filing the OS is still low. Not only that someone who had a lot of shares dumped them cheap, very very cheap.

Sometimes, and I mean a thin sometimes post RS stocks dont dilute at first and make runs. So to me gambling 250 bucks or 500 bucks could be worth it. Ive seen trip crap do RS, then run to .10 .20 before they start diluting. OR better yet someone completely diff takes over and that might be the key. but will see. seems someone grabbed enough and it went up a good bit from lows. so so far people who got those cheapies are up a good % now. .00lows to .01 .02. So not bad for them so far.
