I always assume someone out there knows more than me and knows exactly how many outstanding shares there are for VOIL so they are trying to buy/sell just enough shares to make the SP drastically move so they can get this thing to the price they want to Buy or Sell a ton of shares. But that is my theory and I don't really know how to calculate that if I were to do something like that.

At the same time someone earlier in this group posted that VOIL is on a limited trade status or something. So about two weeks ago i had a bid in to buy 10,000 shares but only 100 of that order filled at the current price. So that might have something to do with it where everyone's orders are only getting partially filled.
